Returns and Refunds Policy

Section 1. Returns. Subject to the terms and conditions in this Returns and Refunds Policy (the “Policy”), customers may return to Hyatt Life Sciences, Inc. (“Hyatt”) within thirty (30) calendar days of purchasing the product unopened product that is, in Hyatt’s sole discretion, in resalable condition for a refund of the order price, excluding shipping and handling, and subject to a restocking fee of twenty five percent (25%) of the order price. For the avoidance of doubt, but not as a limitation on other provisions of this Policy, Hyatt does not accept returns of opened product or product that is not in a resalable condition.

Section 2. Refunds. Subject to the terms and conditions in this Policy, Hyatt in its sole discretion may agree to refund the order price, excluding shipping and handling, and subject to a processing fee of twenty five percent (25%) of the order price for opened product or product that is not in resalable condition if a refund is requested and approved within thirty (30) calendar days of purchase of the product. For the avoidance of doubt, but not as a limitation on other provisions of this Policy, Hyatt does not accept returns of opened product or product that is not in a resalable condition.

Section 3. Procedure. If a customer wishes to return product in accordance with Section 1 or seek a refund in accordance with Section 2, the customer must contact Hyatt’s customer service department via sales@hyattlifesciences.com. In the e-mail, Hyatt requests that the customer note whether the product is opened or unopened and their full contact information. From there, Hyatt will reach out to the customer with any follow-up questions it may have or provide a Refund Authorization (“RA”) Number. This RA Number should be used in all future communication to track the return and/or refund. Hyatt reserves the right to decline a return without a RA Number and may return the product to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Section 4. Shipping and Handling on Returns. All shipping and handling costs for return of the product to Hyatt under Section 1 above shall be borne solely by the customer. Any damage or loss that occurs to returned product during shipping shall be the sole responsibility of customer. Should the product arrive at Hyatt damaged (thereby rendering it non-resalable), Hyatt will reject the shipment. If the scenario in the prior sentence occurs, Hyatt may in its discretion offer a refund under Section 2 instead. It is recommended that a reliable, traceable courier service be used for shipping.

Section 5. Policy Abuse. Hyatt reserves the right in its discretion to reject repeated returns or requests for refunds under this Policy by a customer.

Section 6. Changes and Waivers. Hyatt may change this Policy from time to time by posting the amended Policy on its website. The failure of Hyatt to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Policy shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision and shall not be a waiver of enforcement of any right or provision on a future occasion.
