Office Assistant

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual for an additional office assistant position. This position 

will work directly with various members of the company, including the executive team, and customers.  

 A qualified candidate would have: 

 Previous experience in administration services or other related fields 

 A genuine desire to help others 
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
Strong organizational and time management skills  
The ability to multi-task 
A strong attention to detail 
A strong work ethic 
Excellent customer service skills including the ability to answer phone calls, process orders, and help customers  

Excellent listening and comprehension skills  
Excellent communication skills (both in writing and verbally) 
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook 
Must be able to lift 30 pounds
